Bodily Autonomy — Absolute

The state has no jurisdiction over your body. This is not conditional. It does not depend on circumstance, political climate, or religious tradition. The word absolute is doing important work here — the moment you start carving exceptions, you invite the same control mechanisms you're rejecting.

Systemic Equity — Dismantle Structures

Representation without power is theater. This platform's position is not diversity hiring and sensitivity training. It is the dismantling of the economic and legal structures that concentrate harm. You cannot have liberation while the same people remain poor and powerless — which connects this pillar directly to the cooperative economy.

• Economic reparations policy developed in partnership with affected communities — not imposed upon them

Right to Identity

The state does not define who you are. Your gender, your family structure, your community, your spiritual practice or lack of one — these belong to you. The bureaucratic and legal infrastructure that currently polices identity will be dismantled.

• Recognition of chosen family in all legal contexts where biological family is currently privileged
• Dismantling of laws that define, restrict, or penalize identity expression

Community Justice

The measure of justice is not how much we punish. It is how completely we repair — and how rarely harm happens at all.

The current criminal legal system was not built to deliver justice. It was built to manage populations. We redesign it from the foundation.

The core reframe: a harmful act is a violation of people and relationships, not a violation of the state. The state does not own the harm. The person harmed does.
